TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE COMMON (ALSO KNOWN AS SANDY LANE), LEISTON
SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) intends to make an order closing part of THE COMMON, (ALSO KNOWN AS SANDY LANE) LEISTON from its junction with Lovers Lane for approximately 130m. The closure is to facilitate the installation of underground cables. Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion will be The Common, Lovers Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate 24 hours from 8pm on Friday 26th June to 5am on Saturday 25th July.
Enquiries should be made to Sizewell C Information Office at 48-50 High Street, Leiston, IP16 4EW between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
