This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and ii is expected that the closure will be from 6th July 2026 to 17th July 2026.
Roads subject to prohibition - St Thomas Street for its entire length, Hill Head between the junctions of St Thomas Street and GlasneyTerrace, Road To Rear Of 1 To 3 Hill Head From Glasney Terrace for its entire length and Glasney Terrace between the junctions of Bronescombe Close and Hill Head, Penryn.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1)of the RTRA 1984totemporarilyimpose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Penryn. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
