U98B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (U98B InkhornBurngrains-Mill of Fortree Road – 11.06.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 11.06.26 for 23 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the U98B Inkhorn-Burngrains-Mill of Fortree Road from the A948 to the C112B.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to a damaged bridge. An alternative route is available via the A948, C112B and vice versa.
