What is happening?

Proposed development at Busta Triangle (Eversley Quarry), Cooper's Hill, Eversley Common, Hook Eversley RG27 0PZ (EIA) by Collard Group
Hampshire County Council has received amendments to the application for planning permission for:   The importation of inert materials to deliver a long-term sustainable restoration landform to enable the establishment of high-quality nature conservation habitat and commercial forestry, including for the maintenance and use of existing points of access to and from Eversley Quarry and the establishment and use of ancillary facilities (Application No. 24/00484/HCC)  
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.  
Following the submission of a Planning Application 29 February 2024 to which EIA applies, notice is hereby given that the further information has been provided to Hampshire County Council in respect of flood risk assessment (FRA) and surface water drainage strategy (SWDS).  The documents are on the application Documents tab and Environmental Statement Documents Tab are labelled (Reg 25 with the date 8 June 2026)  
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted and the amendments with the application on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2024/0088 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.  
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from David L Walker Limited, Albion House, 89 Station Road, Eckington, Sheffield, S21 4FW at a charge of £130 (including postage & packaging) The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning  website at the address given above.  
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online via the link above by clicking on “comment on this application” or by post to Development Management, Universal Services, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 20 July 2026.   Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. You should not include any confidential or sensitive information in your comments. This could include details of your health, information about people living at your address, or anything else you do not want to be published online.  Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation.
