Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu, mewn dim llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw gerbydau rhag defnyddio neu yrru ar hyd Tŷ-Draw Road am 14 metr i’r de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â St Mellons Road.
Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw a bydd yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 22 Mehefin 2026 nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau.
Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.
Bydd y llwybr amgen i gerbydau yr effeithir arnynt gan yr Hysbysiad hwn trwy Heol Tŷ Draw, Heol Pentwyn, Heol Croescadarn a Heol Glandulais.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROPOSAL THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (TY-DRAW ROAD, PONTPRENNAU, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicles from using or proceeding along Ty-Draw Road for a distance of 14 metres in a south-westerly direction from its junction with St Mellons Road.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near to the highway and will come into operation on Monday 22nd June 2026 until works are complete.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this closure will be via Ty-Draw Road, Pentwyn Road, Croescadarn Road and Heol Glandulais.
The Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Ty-Draw Road, Pontprennau, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2026”.
