REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT)ORDER NO 2 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act”) the effect of which will be to amend the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (“the Order”) by adding The Way of St Hild Car Park Skinningrove and Beach Road Car Park Skinningrove to the Order and introducing limited waiting (4 hours maximum no return within 4 hours) in both car parks. Boats and tractors are exempt from the restriction.
The Order will come into operation on 5.6.26. A copy of the Order may be examined at the address below between the hours of 11am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday or at Permanent highway notices – Redcar and Cleveland (redcar-cleveland.gov.uk)
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision in it on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to it, you may, within 6 weeks from 10/06/26 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
