Hereford - Temporary Prohibition of Parking Due To Utility Works

Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U80210 Daws Road, Hereford, Herefordshire, (Traffic Prohibition of Parking) Order 2026 to temporarily suspend the parking and waiting on the U80210- Daws Road, Hereford, along the north side of Daws Road parking bays from the junction with Bath Street. This restriction will apply where indicated by traffic signs and cones.

The said suspension is required due to nearby Utility works taking place that requires the prohibition of parking to enable traffic to safely pass the works and due to the likelihood of danger to the public while the said works are in progress. The prohibition of parking Order is expected to come into operation on the 3rd day of July 2026. The order shall remain in force for a period not exceeding 18 months, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 3 days.
