What is happening?

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U67208 Church Street, Ledbury, Herefordshire, Traffic Movement (Temporary Suspension) Order 2026 to temporarily suspend the following traffic movement restriction(s) referenced in the Herefordshire Council (Various Traffic Movements) (Consolidation) Order 2022.
a) Church Street, Ledbury (One Way Restriction) from the junction with the A438 to the junction with St Michaels (9.00-15.30hrs).
The said suspension is required due to nearby Streetworks taking place that requires the above suspensions to facilitate movement of traffic whilst the said works are in progress. The said Order shall come into force on the 29th of June 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
