Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 28ain o Fehefin 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 6 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 28ain o Fehefin 2026.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14(1)
AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
(Boston Street, Holyhead) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit all vehicles, except for emergency vehicles, from travelling in either direction along Boston Street.
The Order is necessary to install a new service connection.
The alternative route for the above will be travel in a northernly direction up Newry Street to the junction with Prince of Wales Road and turn right.
Proceed along Prince of Wales Road in a south easterly direction to the A5 Victoria Road and turn right. Then proceed along the A5 Victoria Road in south westerly direction to the junction with Boston Street and the opposite end of the closure.
The Order comes into effect on 28th of June 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 28th of June 2026.
