BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD 
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) ORDER 2001 (AMENDMENT NO 276) (TEMPORARY) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in order to maintain public safety and access during construction works on and off the highway, Trafford Borough Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce 'At Any Time' waiting restrictions on lengths of Newton Street and Lacy Street, Stretford.

During the term of this temporary Order the existing Limited Waiting on these lengths of road will be suspended and replaced with the proposed restrictions. The Order will come into operation on 29th June 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to amend the Borough of Trafford (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) Order 2001, as amended, ("the 2001 Order") by the introduction or removal of restrictions on lengths of Ashton Lane, Cranleigh Drive, Cross Street, Whittle Street, Service road to rear of 26 to 36 Ashton Lane, York Road, Brighton Grove and Howells Avenue, Sale.

BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD (YORK ROAD, SALE)(ONE
WAY TRAFFIC FLOW) ORDER 20??

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The effect of the Order will be to impose one-way traffic flow a York Road, Sale from Atkinson Road to Palace Road, in that direction.

This Order will revoke The Borough of Sale (Ashton Grove, York Road, Atkinson Road)(Traffic Regulation) Order 1970 in its entirety.

Copies of the Draft Orders, together with a statement of reason may be inspected at Sale Library/Access Trafford, Sale Waterside, Sale during their normal opening hours.
