(BOWDEN CROSS TO VENN CROSS, COMBE CROSS TO BOWDEN CROSS & ASH HOUSE FARM TO BOWDEN CROSS, BOWDEN)
ORDER 2026 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From 18/6/26 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 1/7/26. Between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00. No person shall cause or permitany vehicle to proceed on the sections
of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: BOWDEN CROSS TO VENN CROSS, COMBE CROSS TO BOWDEN CROSS & ASH HOUSE FARM TO BOWDEN CROSS, BOWDEN, WEST COOMBE FARM TO JUNCTION WITH EMBRIDGE ROAD & HIGHER BOWDEN ESTATE.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - BOWDEN CROSS TO VENN CROSS, VENN LANE, A3122, STRAWBERRY VALLEY, BUGFORD CROSS TO ASH CROSS, BUGFORD CROSS TO YEOMANS, COTTERBURY GREEN TO BUGFORD LANE, COTTERBURY GREEN CROSS TO EASTDOWN CROSS, EASTDOWN CROSS TO BLACKWELL CROSS ALONG ZC7, BLACKWELL CROSS TO FUGE CROSS ALONG ZC7 & VICE VERSA.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: CABLING, SPLICING & TREE CUTTING.

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 15/6/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 15/4/27. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle wider than 2.6m and/or 12.5m in length to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: BRIDGE PROTECTION WORKS. WIDTH & LENGTH RESTRICTION. REQUIRED WIDTH RESTRICTION = 2.6M REQUIRED LENGTH RESTRICTION = 12.5M.

ORDER 2026 TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 15/6/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 17/8/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed
greater than 30 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place.
