Changes To Permit Eligibility – Car Free Developments Batch 2 [T5(26)]
The Greenwich (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Order 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Greenwich proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to add the following properties to a list of ‘car free’ developments, ineligible for resident parking permits unless a resident or business user of that property is a disabled person’s badge holder:
a) Nos. 113, 115 and 117 Mycenae Road, SE3 7RX;
b) No. 66 Bloomfield Road, SE18 7JH;
c) Nos. 4, 6 and 8 Hainault Street, SE9 2EG;
d) No. 2A King William Lane, SE10 9UA;
e) No. 196 and No. 198 (Flats 1-6) Trafalgar Road, SE10 9ER;
f) No. 80 Lassell Street, SE10 9PJ;
g) No. 76 Christchurch Way, SE10 6AE;
h) Nos. 9 and 10 Gollogly Terrace, SE7 7QB;
i) No. 105 Eltham High Street, SE9 1TD;
j) No. 164 Burrage Road, SE18 7LA; and
k) No. 29 Kentmere Road, SE18 1DL.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders and other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Woolwich Centre Library, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, London SE18 6HQ.
4. Any person who wishes to object to the proposals or make other representations should send a statement in writing by 1st July 2026 to: Parking Design Team, 3rd Floor, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, London SE18 6HQ or traffic-orders@royalgreenwich.gov.uk, quoting
