What is happening?
LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(LINCOLN – BUTCHERY COURT) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit:
• No waiting at any time on the eastern side of Butchery Court from Clasketgate (along the side of Aquis House) (18-24 Clasketgate)
• No waiting 8am-6pm Daily on the western side of Butchery Court from Clasketgate (along the side and back of 12, 14 and 16 Clasketgate)
• No waiting 8am-6pm Daily along the southern section of Butchery Court from The Atmosphere bar along the remaining section of public highway
Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
