CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BIERLEY HOUSE AVENUE, BIERLEY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecoms works to be executed on or near Bierley House Avenue, Bierley, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Bierley House Avenue from its junction with Hambledon Avenue to its junction with Daffels Wood Close.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Bierley House Avenue (unaffected section), Bierley Lane, Currer Avenue, Hambledon Avenue and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 19:00 hours on the 8th June 2026 and remains in force until 05:00 hours on the 9th June 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
