TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
NO WAITING/LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME MARKET PLACE, HIGH STREET, BARR’S BRAE AND GILBURN ROAD, KILMACOLM
The Council gives notice that it has made the following Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. In the interests of public safety, restrictions will apply to all vehicles, except vehicles engaged in the works noted below.
There will be no waiting/loading/unloading restriction on Market Place, Kilmacolm on both sides of the carriageway from the junction of Port Glasgow Road to the junction with Gilburn Road; and on High Street, Kilmacolm on both sides of the carriageway from the junction with Gilburn Road to number 10 High Street; and on Barr’s Brae, Kilmacolm on both sides of the carriageway from the junction with High Street to number 1 Barr’s Brae; and on Gilburn Road, Kilmacolm on both sides of the carriageway from the junction with High Street to number 2 Gilburn Road, from 8am on 22/06/2026 to 5pm on 03/07/2026 to facilitate pillar replacement works by SPEN.
Inverclyde Council will issue a Penalty Charge Notice and may move or cause to be moved to any place it thinks fit motor vehicles in breach of the terms of the Order.
