TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
(BARNOLDBY LE BECK PUBLIC FOOTPATH 77 AND BRIGSLEY PUBLIC FOOTPATH 77) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to close the following Public Rights of Way has been extended by the Department for Transport:
• Public Footpath 77 at Barnoldby le Beck from the highway known as Main Road, Barnoldby le Beck at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA523552, 403185 to Grid Reference TA524660, 402440 at the Parish boundary with Brigsley.
• Public Footpath 77 at Brigsley from the Parish boundary of Barnoldby le Beck at Ordnance Survey Reference TA524660, 402440 to Main Road, Brigsley at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA525159, 401876.
The Department for Transport has extended the closure until 8th December 2026.
This temporary closure is required to avoid danger to persons using the Public Footpaths whilst works are carried out upon it.
