ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s): ORDER NO. MCC000 146043226 : The City of Manchester (Brewer Street, Piccadilly Ward) (Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to restrict parking in all bays on Brewer Street from its junction with Tariff Street to the cul-de-sac end. The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate essential fire precision and building façade fire safety works.
It is expected that the works will be in progress from 17th December 2025 to 17h June 2027.
The order shall come into operation on 17th December 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
