Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

D4370 ARLINGTON AVENUE, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from Lillington Avenue to Binswood Avenue.

Reason for Order: Footway resurfacing and associated works, 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs weekdays.

Order Commences: 4 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 12 June 2026.

Access & Diversion: A445 Lillington Avenue, B4087 Kenilworth Road, Binswood Avenue and vice versa

MILL LANE, BARFORD

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Works to repair/replace manhole frame and covers, closed 08.00hrs - 18.00hrs.

Order Commences: 12 April 2026 for up to 18 months. Unfortunately, these works were delayed but have now been rescheduled as follows: 7 June 2026

Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

BACK LANE, ROWINGTON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Water mains renewal works.

Order Commences: 11 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 1 July 2026.

Access & Diversion: Back Lane, Shrewley Common, Old Warwick Road, Finwood Road, Mill Lane, New Roa and vice versa.

CROWN STREET, HARBURY

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Telegraph pole replacement works.

Order Commences: 10 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 10 June 2026.

Access & Diversion: Crown Street, Half Lane, Ufton Road, Bush Heath Road, Vicarage Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between properties number 16 and 18.

Reason for Order: To enable new telegraph pole installation works.

Access & Diversion: Lillington Close, Church Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic.

Reason for Order: Footpath reconstruction and associated works.

Order Commences: 8  June 2026 for up to 6 months.

Anticipated Completion: 15 June 2026.

Access & Diversion: Dencer Drive, Wordsworth Drive and vice versa. No access/egress to/ from Turton Way via footpath whilst works are in progress. #

Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic, Sundays only as follows: 07/06/2026, 21/06/2026, 12/07/2026 and 26/07/2026.

Reason for Order: To enable essential maintenance works.

Order Commences: 7 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 26 July 2026.

BEVERLEY ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Boundary box renewal works.

Order Commences: 22 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 23 June 2026.

Access & Diversion: Beverley Road and vice versa.

Access & Diversion: Lee Road, Swadling Street, Kennan Avenue and vice versa.

Reason for Order: Repair/replacement of defective manhole cover and frame.

Anticipated Completion: 23 June 2026.

Access & Diversion: Chapel Street, George Street, Church Terrace and vice versa.

Reason for Order: To enable overhead cabling works.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.

Order Commences: 22 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

STONEBRIDGE LANE, LONG ITCHINGTON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable works to renew boundary box and install water meter.

Order Commences: 25 June 2026 for up to 18  months.

Anticipated Completion: 26 June 2026.

Access & Diversion: Stonebridge Lane, Leamington Road, Long Itchington Road, Kenning Close, Short Lane and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE – SURFACE DRESSING 2026

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as indicated below. In addition, a 10mph speed restriction will be imposed.

Reason for Order: The closures and temporary speed limits are required to facilitate carriageway surface dressing, carriageway sealing treatments, removal/replacement of road studs, presurface dressing patching, road markings/lining, sand carpeting, road sweeping and other associated works.

Order Commences: 22 June 2026 for up to 18  months.

Anticipated Completion: 30 September 2026.

Access & Diversion: All closures/speed limits will be indicated by advance signage.
