TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th April 2026 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 1st July 2026.

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES, ELLESMERE PORT)
(LITTLE SUTTON LIBRARY & COMMUNITY CENTRE CAR PARK VARIATION) ORDER 2026
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a four hour stay (no return within one hour), Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
The Order will also enable enforcement of incorrect use of marked disabled persons’ bays and parking outside of bay markings.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of 4th June 2026 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
