DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1, 2 a 4 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a phob pŵer galluogi arall, a'i effaith fydd:

1 . Cyflwyno'r Cyfyngiadau Aros sydd wedi'u nodi yn Atodlenni 1 a 2 Mae modd bwrw golwg ar gopi o'r dogfennau perthnasol drwy drefnu apwyntiad ym Mhrif Swyddfeydd Cyngor Rhondda Cynon Taf, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Stryd y Taf, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH ac yn Llyfrgell Pont-y-clun, Heol y Felin, Pont-y-clun, CF72 9BE neu ar-lein - www.rctcbc.gov.uk.

bellter o tua 60 metr.

c. Dwy ochr y ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Rifau 2 - 9, o'i chyffordd â'r brif ffordd
gerbydau, tua'r gogledd am bellter o 8 metr.

d. Yr ochr ogleddol, o ochr ddwyreiniol ei chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at
Rifau 2 - 9, tua'r dwyrain am bellter o tua 45 metr.

e. Yr ochr ogleddol, o ochr orllewinol ei chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at
Rifau 2 - 9, tua'r gorllewin am bellter o tua 10 metr.

f. Dwy ochr y ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Rifau 207 - 222, o'i chyffordd â’r rhan o
ffordd ger Ffordd Llantrisant, tua'r de am bellter o tua 14 metr.

g. Ochr dde-ddwyreiniol y rhan o’r ffordd ger Ffordd Llantrisant, o ochr ddwyreiniol ei
chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Rifau 207 - 222, tua'r gogleddddwyrain
am bellter o tua 21 metr.

h. Ochr ddeheuol rhan y ffordd ger Ffordd Llantrisant, o ochr orllewinol ei chyffordd
â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Rifau 207 - 222, tua'r gorllewin am bellter o tua 5
metr.

i. Yr ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol, o ffin gyffredin Rhifau 136 ac 135, tua'r de-ddwyrain am bellter o tua 56 metr.

3. Pant-y-Dderwen, Pont-y-clun
a. Yr ochr ddeheuol, o'i chyffordd â Heol y Bont-faen hyd at ochr ddwyreiniol ei chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Rifau 1 - 9.

b. Ochr ddwyreiniol y ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Rifau 1 - 9, o'i chyffordd â'r brif ffordd gerbydau, tua'r de am bellter o tua 7 metr.

c. Yr ochr ogleddol, o'i chyffordd â Heol y Bont-faen, tua'r gorllewin am bellter o tua 41 metr.

a. Yr ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol, o bwynt sydd 45 metr i'r gogledd o linell ganol ei chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Orsaf Dân Pont-y-clun, tua'r gogledd orllewin am bellter o tua 39 metr.

(WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to: 1. Introduce waiting restrictions as specified in Schedules 1 and 2

A copy of the relevant documents may be inspected by appointment at the Principal Offices of the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH, at Pontyclun Library, Heol-Y-Felin, Pontyclun, CF72 9BE, or online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk  

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Manager, Floor 2, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH or by email on trafficservices@rctcbc.gov.uk by 26th June 2026

SCHEDULE 1 – Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
1. Ynysddu, Pontyclun
a. North-western side, from its junction with Cowbridge Road, south-westwards for a distance of approximately 64 metres

b. South-eastern side, from its junction with Llantrisant Road, south-westwards for a distance of approximately 60 metres

c. Both sides of the access road leading to Nos. 2 - 9, from its junction with the main carriageway, northwards for a distance of 8 metres

d. Northern side, from the eastern side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 2 – 9, eastwards for a distance of approximately 45 metres

e. Northern side, from the western side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 2 – 9, westwards for a distance of approximately 10 metres

f. Both sides of the access road leading to Nos. 207 – 222, from its junction with the section of road adjoining Llantrisant Road, southwards for a distance of approximately 14 metres

g. South-eastern side of the section of road adjoining Llantrisant Road, from the eastern side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 207 – 222, northeastwards for a distance of approximately 21 metres

h. Southern side of the section of road adjoining Llantrisant Road, from the western side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 207 – 222, westwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres

i. North-eastern side, from the common boundary of Nos. 136 and 135, southeastwards for a distance of approximately 56 metres

j. Both sides of the access road leading to Nos. 152 - 182, from its junction with the main carriageway, southwards for a distance of approximately 11 metres

k. Southern side, from the eastern side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 152 – 182, eastwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres 

l. South-western side, from the western side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 152 – 182, north-westwards for a distance of approximately 43 metres

2. Cowbridge Road / Llantrisant Road, Pontyclun
a. Both sides, from a point 2 metres north-west of the common boundary between Nos. 5 and 6 Pant y Dderwen, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 39 metres

3. Pant y Derwen, Pontyclun
a. Southern side, from its junction with Cowbridge Road to the eastern side of its junction with the access road leading to Nos. 1–9

b. Eastern side of the access road leading to Nos. 1–9, from its junction with the main carriageway, southwards for a distance of approximately 7 metres 

c. Northern side, from its junction with Cowbridge Road, westwards for a distance of approximately 41 metres

SCHEDULE 2 – Prohibition of Waiting between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm
1. Llantrisant Road, Pontyclun

a. North-eastern side, from a point 45 metres north of the centreline of its junction with the access road leading to Pontyclun Fire Station, north-westwards for a distance of approximately 39 metres
