LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 23 - The Barnet (Free Parking Places, Loading Places, Waiting, Loading And Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.*) Order 20**
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet in exercise of powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, intends to introduce a Pedestrian Zebra Crossing provision including its associated zig zag markings on Grahame Park Way NW9 between Great Strand and the main vehicle entrance to the (Royal Air Force) RAF Museum Car Park.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
As a result of the Pedestrian crossing referred to above being introduced and the relocation of 2 existing bus stop clearways, lengths of
"At any time" waiting restrictions on both sides of the of Grahame Park Way NW9 between Great Strand and the main vehicle entrance to the (Royal Air Force) RAF Museum Car Park would be introduced and removed.
A copy of the proposed Order, associated plan of the relevant areas and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing: highwayscorrespondence@barnet.gov.uk, or by writing to: The Design Team, Highways Section, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.

Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their comments, and quoting reference number: - Grahame Park Way (SCR719) P000346 to: The Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW, via the Barnet TrafficWeb website or via email to: highwayscorrespondence@barnet.gov.uk, within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
