What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The Barnet (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.*) Order 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 46A 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The general effect of the Charged-for Order would be to add, remove and amend addresses to the Traffic Management Order schedule where it is considered properties should be eligible to apply for Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) parking permits and visitor vouchers, as follows:

The existing range of addresses will be amended to include the following:

Zone (CL2) Colindale CPZ No. 7 Everett, Little Strand

For the below CPZs the following addresses will be excluded and therefore not eligible for permits.

Zone (C1) Cricklewood CPZ Nos. 112-132 Cricklewood Lane

Zone (C) Chipping Barnet CPZ No. 2 Moxon Street

Zone (C) Chipping Barnet CPZ No. 25 Tapster Street

Zone (C) Chipping Barnet CPZ No. 14 Wood Street

Zone (CE) Church End CPZ No. 2 (Cornwall Works) Cornwall Avenue

Zone (FN) North Finchley CPZ Nos. 22a and 22a Avondale Avenue

Zone (FN) North Finchley CPZ Nos. 706, 722, 744, 837, 839, 958-964 and 960 High Road

Zone (FN) North Finchley CPZ No. 32 Woodhouse Road

Zone (G) Golders Green CPZ Nos. 106, 108 Hodford Road

Zone (H) Golders Green CPZ Nos. 847-851 Finchley Road

Zone (H) Golders Green CPZ Chess House, Llanvanor Road

Zone (HC2) Hendon CPZ Nos. 159-161 Brent Street

Zone (WH3) West Hendon CPZ Hollyview Close

Zone (WH3) West Hendon CPZ 26 Mount Road

Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection/comment, and quoting the reference number: - SCR20 (Parking Permits), to: The Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW, or via email to: parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk, within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
