What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (OUTER ZONE BIRMIINGHAM) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) ORDER 2025) (VARIATION) (TRO Ref 1230) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

• To vary existing waiting restrictions along length of GOUGH STREET, LADYWOOD

Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Syed Hassan Tel: 0121 303 5157:

Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Director – Infrastructure and Sustainability, Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 26th June 2026.
