Devon County Council made this on 27 May to come into force 5 June to introduce NO WAITING AT ANY TIME in Torrington on Halcyon View from Road from Calvesford Road to Hatchmoor Road: north side for 1 0 metres & south side for 9 metres; Road from Calvesford Road to Hatchmoor Road east side from 40 metres north of Halcyon View to 39 metres south of that junction. The order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below.
