ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PRESTON, HYNDBURN, BURNLEY AND ROSSENDALE) (VARIOUS MOVING RESTRICTIONS 26-27 NO1) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke "The Borough of Preston (York Avenue, Withy Parade and Empress Avenue) (Access Only) Order 1990" in full.
2. Introduce a 7.5 tonne weight restriction in Goodshaw Lane, Crawshawbooth, for the entire length.
3. Introduce a 7 metres length restriction on Blackleach Lane, Preston, from a point 152 metres west of its junction with the centerline of Catforth Road for a distance of 16.5 metres in a southerly direction.
4. Introduce a prohibition of driving except access in the following length of road:
a) Back 179 to 197 Garstang Road, Preston, for the entire length;
b) Empress Avenue, Preston, for the entire length;
c) Withy Parade, Preston, for the entire length;
d) York Avenue, Preston, for the entire length.
5. Introduce a one way traffic restriction in the following lengths of road:
a) Cobden Street, Burnley, from its junction with Briercliffe Road to its junction with Cleaver Street, travelling in a south-easterly direction;
b) St Cecilia Street, Great Harwood, from it junction with St Huberts Street to its junction with Cross Street in a north easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL, and at the offices of Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF, and at the offices of Burnley Borough Council, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA, and at the offices of Rossendale Borough Council - One Stop Shop, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
