TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS PRINCETHORPE WAY, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Princethorpe Way commencing from its junction with Quorn Way and continuing to its junction with Willoughby Close. The Order will come into effect on 00.01 hours on Sunday 7th June 2026 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to repair a defective frame and cover on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Sunday 7th June 2026.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(d) local vehicular access to Princethorpe Way Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS PALMER LANE, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicle from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding; and pedestrians from accessing Palmer Lane commencing at its junction with Burges and continuing approximately 40m east from this point.

The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 8th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe construction of a new building unit.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 27th November 2026.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS STRATHMORE AVENUE, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Strathmore Avenue for its entire length.

The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 8th June 2026 and is required to enable Severn Trent Water to safely renew the cover and frame of an access chamber.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 23:59 hours on Monday 8th June 2026.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding along the roads set out in the schedule below to such extent and at such time as indicated by marshals and prescribed signs.

The Order will come into effect from 10:00 hours on Saturday 6th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe operation of the parade.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months.

It is expected that the road will be re-opened at 13:00 hours on Saturday 6th June 2026 when safe to do so, after the parade has passed through.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Station Street West commencing at its junction with Northey Road and continuing to its junction with Foleshill Road.

The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 8th June 2026 and is required to enable gas service works to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 12th June 2026.

Exemptions will be provided for:

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Rochester Road in both directions between its junctions with Palmerstone Road/Shaftesbury Road and Woodfield Road.

The Order would come into effect from 11:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe operation of the charity event.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months, but it is expected that the road will be re-opened at 20:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 when safe to do so.

The closure will be barriered and manned by volunteers to maintain access to properties

Exemptions would be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the event;

Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the restriction maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure.

The Order would come into effect from 14:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe operation of the charity event.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months, but it is expected that the road will be re-opened at 16:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 when safe to do so, as soon as the parade has passed by.

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of which would be a closure of the length of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).

The Order would come into operation at 00.01 hours on Monday 15th June 2026, and is required to allow access for a MEWP which is required for light repairs to the underpass on or near the footpath.

The maximum duration of this Order is six (6) months but it is expected that the works would be completed by Tuesday 16th June 2026.

Closure times would be as signed on site.

Any alternative route for pedestrians would be sign posted on site.

Exemptions would be provided for:-

The Order would come into effect at 00:01 hours on Friday 12th June 2026 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew a frame and cover of an access chamber on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen

(18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Friday 12th June 2026.

The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 15th June 2026 and is required to enable carriageway maintenance work including resurfacing, repairs, surface treatment and associated works to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Friday 26th June 2026.

PROPOSED TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER CITY OF COVENTRY (OWENFORD ROAD) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that Coventry City Council (“the Council”), pursuant to its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order (“the Order”). The effect of the proposed Order is to change the lengths of the ‘no waiting at any time’ restriction (double yellow lines) on Owenford Road and establish limited waiting in the newly constructed echelon parking bays.
