Diversion Order 2026
On 12th May 2026, Cornwall Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert a length of Public Footpath
Number 22 in the Parish of Liskeard commencing at its junction with
part of Public Footpath 22 Liskeard to be retained 96 metres east-
south-east of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference
(OSGR) SX 26246/63815 then continuing in a east-south-easterly
direction for 1.5 metres terminating at its junction with a part of Public
Footpath 15 Menheniot to be extinguished 98 metres east-south-east
of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at OSGR SX 26247/63815.
Then to divert
a length of Public Footpath Number 15 in the Parish of Menheniot commencing at its junction with part of Public Footpath 22 Liskeard to
be extinguished 98 metres east-south-east of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at OSGR SX 26247 63815 then continuing in an east-south-easterly
direction for 160 metres terminating at its junction with Public Footpath
15 Menheniot to be retained 256 metres east-south-east of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at OSGR SX 26404 63784 revised to a length of Public
Footpath in the Parish of Liskeard commencing at its junction with part
of Public Footpath 22 Liskeard to be retained 96 metres east-south-east
of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at OSGR SX 26246/63815 then continuing in a south–south-easterly direction for 60 metres terminating at its
junction with another Public Footpath to be created in the Parish of
Menheniot 142 metres south-east of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at OSGR SX
26277/63765 and a length of Public Footpath in the Parish of Menheniot
commencing at its junction with another Public Footpath to be created in the Parish of Liskeard 142 metres south-east of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’
at OSGR SX 26277/63865 then continuing in a south–south-easterly
direction then east-north-easterly direction for 155 metres terminating at
its junction with Public Footpath 15 Menheniot to be retained 256 metres
east-south-east of ‘Premier Inn, Liskeard’ at OSGR SX 26404/63784.

also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Liskeard Library and Information Service, Barras Street, Liskeard, PL14 6AB between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm
on Saturdays.
