(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th June 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the
RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Upton Cross.
This prohibition is necessary for manhole frame and cover replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2026 to 26th June 2026.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.
Road affected - B3254 Between Port Lane And Tremabe Lane, Upton Cross between the junction Access To Algarde And New House and property known as 1 Darley Lodge.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Calstock.
This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th July 2026 to 10th July 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Eric Road, Calstock between the junction with Harewood Road and property known as Puddle Duck Cottage.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Liskeard.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th July 2026 to 8th July 2026.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Access To Works East Of Hendra Parc, Liskeard for its entire length.
There is no alternative route.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trerulefoot.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage improvement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th July 2026 to 8th July
2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Berry Farm To The A38 Junction North West Of Filling Station, Trerulefoot between property known as The Old Forge and the junction with the A38.
An alternative route will be signed on site.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 24th June 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 2 in the Parish of Botus Fleming for its entire length.
The Order which commenced on the 25th June 2025 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 4th June 2027. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 4th June 2026
has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a damaged footbridge.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes
of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
