NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Outwoods Primary School Oakfield, Southlands, Atherstone, CV9 1EE.

I give notice that Warwickshire County Council has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Planning permission is sought to relocate an existing Portakabin Limited Ultima double classroom building, providing dedicated teaching and learning space for pupils with special educational needs.

The proposed development affects the Public Right of Way of Footpath(s) AE88
