Temporary Closure of Polham Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Polham Lane - from 140 metres south-west of the junction with Midas Court, south-eastwards for a distance of 59 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace or re-bed a manhole cover and frame.
The Order becomes effective on 4th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 9th June 2026 and last until 9th June 2026 between the hours of 09:00 - 16:00 for a total of 7 hours.
