Temporary Closure of Hornblotton Green Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Hornblotton Green Road - from 227 metres north of the junction with Cary Road, north-westwards for a total distance of 141 metres.
This Order will enable Kier to carry out drainage works on behalf of Somerset Highways.
The Order becomes effective on 18th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 22nd June 2026 and last until 3rd July 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 12 days.
