GORCHYMYN GWAHARDDD TRAFFIG DROS DRO 2026
HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith niwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw draffig rhag teithio ar hyd rhan o Cocker Avenue, o’i chyffordd â Henllys Way, am 50m i gyfeiriad de-orllewinol.
Mae’r llwybr amgen ar hyd Henllys Way, Ty Coch Way, Two Locks Road, Cocker Avenue ac i’r gwrthwyneb. (Bydd mynediad i drigolion a’r gwasanaethau brys cyn belled ag y bo modd yn rhesymol).
Mae’r gwaharddiad yn ofynnol am fod BT Openreach yn gwneud gwaith ar gyfleustodau, neu ar fin gwneud y gwaith hwn, ar y ffordd, neu ger y ffordd.
Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig ar waith ddydd Mercher 10 Mehefin 2026 am un dydd ac yn ystod unrhyw ddiwrnodau eraill os bernir bod hynny’n angenrheidiol, am gyfnod sydd heb fod yn hwyrach na 18 mis.
Dyddiad: 3 Mehefin 2026.
