What is happening?

TRAFFIC ORDER

On 01/06/2026, Angus Council made The Angus Council (Balruddery Home Farm - C12, Fowlis) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Waiting) Order 2026, under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, so that telecommunications infrastructure works may be undertaken. The Order prohibits all vehicular traffic from driving and waiting in or on the Balruddery Home Farm - C12 (U331) road from its junction with Fowlis - Benvie (C12) westwards for a distance of 2.4 kilometres or thereby. The order will come into effect on 10/06/2026, continuing for a period of eight days. The alternative route for vehicular traffic is via C12 Fowlis – Benvie, U330 Flocklones Road (C12) and U144 Dron Road. The reverse route applies. Access for pedestrians and emergency vehicles will be maintained. Full details of the Order are available at www.angus.gov.uk/trafficorders.
