What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984- Section (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

Landseer Road EN1
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 22 June 2026 for 2 weeks or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: - would be to close this road and suspend parking from its junction with Main Avenue, southwards for approximately 50m, on both sides of the road.

Scotland Green Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 15 June 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: -would be to close this road and suspend parking, from its junction with Keats Close and No. 5 on both sides of the road.

Crescent West EN4
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 16 June 2026 for 4 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: - would be to suspend parking south side, between Nos. 35/33, eastwards for approximately 70 meters to outside Hadley Wood Station; and suspend parking north side between Nos. 34-No.20 and between Nos.12-No.10.

Hertford Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Crane Works
Operational Date and times: "Between 10:00-15:30" on either 15 June 2026 or 22 June 2026 for 1 day or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: -would be to close the northbound cycle lane on Hertford Road EN3, between Nos. 669/675.

Carpenters Gardens N21
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At Any time on 16 June 2026 for 7 months or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: - would be to close this road and suspend parking, on a phased basis, between its junctions with Green Lanes N13 and Highfield Road N21 on both sides of the carriageway.

Cotswold Way, Perry Mead EN2
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 1 June 2026 for 10 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: - would be to suspend parking, from a point opposite No.s 74-81.

Fore Street N9
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works
Operational Date and times: "At 21:00hrs on 16 June 2026 for 2 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order: - would be to close the southbound cycle lane on Fore Street N9, between Sebastopol Road and Station House Mews.

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by Traffic signs. Whilst roads are closed local diversions would be in place and access would be maintained only as far as the works allow for more information contact 0208 379 2039 or email: NRSWA@enfield.gov.uk.
