THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT 00*) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to introduce Double Yellow Lines through a Traffic Regulation Order under Section 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), which is to facilitate the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic including pedestrians:

•   Pegasus Way (junction with Tibbs Road)

•   Tibbs Road (on both sides, from Pegasus Way to property No. 22) In addition, Buckinghamshire Council proposes to introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads in Ickford under Sections 81 and 82 of the aforementioned Act:

•   Poplar Way and Willow Lane (whole length)

•   Willow Lane (whole length)

A copy of the layout plans, showing the proposals and their locations and extents, may be inspected via Your Voice Bucks, or by appointment during normal office hours at Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.

Comments on the proposed double yellow lines can be submitted on ‘Your Voice Bucks’ and searching for ‘Tibbs Road, Haddenham – Waiting Restrictions’.

Comments on the proposed 30mph speed limit in Ickford can be submitted on ‘Your Voice Bucks’ and searching for ‘Poplar Way & Willow Lane, Ickford –  Proposed 30mph Speed Limit’.

Objections to the proposals together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the undersigned (for the attention of the ‘Traffic Regulation Order Team’) by 11:59pm on Wednesday 24th June 2026, emailed to highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk. Please use the following subject titles:

•   ‘Tibbs Road, Haddenham – Waiting Restrictions’ – for the proposed double yellow lines; or

•   ‘Poplar Way & Willow Lane, Ickford – Proposed 30mph Speed Limit’ – for the proposed speed limit
