(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AND NO LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026

On Tuesday, 02 June 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made a temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle, with the exception of school buses, to wait or load or unload in the length of road specified in the Schedule by reason of the likelihood of danger to the public, as school buses are dropping off school pupils at Holy Family Primary School, Kirkintilloch.

The Order will come into force at 08.00 hours on Monday, 15 June 2026 until 18.00 hours on Tuesday, 14 December 2027 and will be effective between 08.30 hours and 09.30 hours and between 14.30 hours and 16.30 hours, Monday to Friday, for the duration of the Order.
