What is happening?
THE WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (LANRIGG ROAD, FAULDHOUSE) (ONE-WAY) TRAFFIC REGULATON ORDER 2026 - PTO/26/01
On 28th May 2026 the Council made the above Order which will come into effect on 5th June 2026. The Order will establish a one-way traffic system as described in detail in the West Lothian Courier on 26th March 2026.
Full details may be inspected at West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF during usual opening hours and can be viewed online at:- https://www.westlothian.gov.uk/article/60030/Road-Traffic-Orders until 18th June 2026.
Anyone wishing to question the validity of any of the provisions of this Order should write to the Court of Session within six weeks from 28 th May 2026 . (only to be used in the case of an order under sections 1 9, 19, 32, 37, 38 or 45 of the Act)
