ORDER 2026 - TEMP/26/71
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for SPEN utility works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on any part of; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of Mountcastle Gdns, from the extended west building line of 17 Mountcastle Gdns, eastwards for 70m. The alternative route for through vehicular traffic in relation to the road closure of Mountcastle Gdns is Mountcastle Gdns, Mountcastle Dr Nth & Mountcastle Gdns.
The Order shall have effect from 08/06/26 to 21/08/26.
