(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/66
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a CCTV survey of drainage infrastructure, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on any part of Ardmillan Pl; and (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload form any vehicle at any time on both sides of (i) Ardmillan Pl; (ii) Angle Pk Ter; (iii) Henderson Ter; and (iv) Dundee st, from the extended south-west kerbline of Henderson Ter, northeastwards to the extended south-east kerbline of Dundee Ter. Existing parking restrictions and Greenways parking bays, loading bays and waiting/stopping restrictions shall be suspended on the affected sections of roads described in (b). There is no available diversion with respect to the closure of Ardmillan Pl, where local access will be maintained where practical. The Order shall have effect from 08/06/26 to 10/06/26.
