(CHURCH LANE, TWYWELL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Church Lane, Twywell as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Church Lane, Twywell from outside Ayres Rock to outside Nutmeg Cottage.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during cover and frame replacement.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 7 days.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
(KINGS ROAD, RUSHDEN)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Kings Road, Rushden as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Kings Road, Rushden from number 22 to Kings Place.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during stop tap replacement works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 1 day.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Headingley Road, Rushden as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Headingley Road, Rushden from Grafton Road to Newton Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway patching.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Lees Street, Irthlingborough as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Lees Street, Irthlingborough from outside no.25 to Rectory Gardens.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during new water connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 16th June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(A6 ROTHWELL DESBOROUGH BYPASS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of the A6 Rothwell Desborough Bypass as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of the A6 Rothwell Desborough Bypass from Desborough Road roundabout to Braybrooke roundabout.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during surface seal works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 11th June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 3 nights 20.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Kettering Road, Pytchley (A509) as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Kettering Road, Pytchley (A509) – from A14 junction 9 and Symmetry Park roundabout.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during resurfacing works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 8th June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 4 nights (20.30 hrs to 05.30 hrs).
