Temporary Closure of Reservoir Road

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Reservoir Road - from 33 metres west of the junction with Catchgate Lane, westwards for a total distance of 76 metres.

This Order will enable Barr Engineering Ltd to carry out pole replacement works on behalf of Openreach.

The Order becomes effective on 17th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 24th June 2026 and last until 24th June 2026 between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 for a total of 10 hours.
