RESTRICTION aND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/73
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate footway reconstruction works, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on: (i) Commercial St (both sides) from the extended north-west kerbline of Shore, north-westwards for 45m; and (ii) Shore (north-west side) from the extended north-east kerbline of Commercial St, north-eastwards for 30m. Existing parking restrictions may be suspended on the affected sections of roads described. The Order shall have effect from 08/06/26 to 03/07/26.
