(NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to proceed in either direction along the section of MONTAGUE ROAD from its junction with Wheelwright Road to point approximately 40 metres north of that junction, adjacent to property number 10.
The temporary Order is required to facilitate the construction of a development.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 12th June 2026 and will remain in force for a period of SIX MONTHS or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
