1.  To introduce ‘No waiting at any time’ restrictions on the following lengths of roads:

(i) On its north kerb starting from a point 0.7 metres southeast of the boundary

ii.  That length of Public Bridleway numbered 32 in the Parish of Odell in the environs of “Harrold-Odell Country Park,” Odell commencing from a point where it has a junction with the unaffected part of Bridleway 32 approximately 425 metres north-east of the building known as “The Pump House” at Harrold-Odell Country Park at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SP 9601/5691 and running in a north east direction for approximately 83 metres to OSGR SP 9606/5697 and then running in a generally north-east direction for approximately 541 metres where it has a junction with the unaffected part of Bridleway 32 at OSGR SP 9636/5740 approximately 85 metres south of the residential property known as “34 Horsefair Lane” to a point commencing where it has a junction with the unaffected part of Bridleway 32 approximately 425 metres north-east of the building known as “The Pump House” at Harrold-Odell Country Park at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SP 9601/5691 and running in a north east direction for approximately 83 metres to OSGR SP 9606/5696 and then running in a generally north-east direction for approximately 543 metres where it has a junction with the unaffected part of Bridleway 32 at OSGR SP 9636/5740 approximately 85 metres south of the residential property known as “34 Horsefair Lane.”

Any representations about or objections to the Order must be addressed to Manager of Transport Operations, Bedford Borough Council, Room 436, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP. They may be sent by email: RightsofWay@bedford.gov.uk or post, to be received no later than 03 July 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn Bedford Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
