NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council have made an Order in terms of Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that in connection with Blackburn Children’s Gala Day. on 13/6/2026 between the hours of 10:00 - 14:30 the roads at Road Closures: Road Closures From 10.30hrs: Bathgate Road - Between Riddochhill Road (north) and Riddochhill Road (south). Ash Grove - Between Bathgate Road and Elm Grove. Rowan Street - Between Rowan Drive and Ash Grove Prohibition of Parking: Prohibition of parking from 10.30hrs: - Elm Grove, Ash Grove, Rowan Drive, Rowan Street, Mosside Road, Ladeside Road, Ladeside Avenue, Riddochhill Road, Mill Road. will be closed to vehicular traffic on a hold basis by Police Scotland. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic are available by adjoining roads
