CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2026 (TRO_102)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council (NCC) has made the above-named Order under section 32 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Act of 1984), section 35 of the Act of 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, section 21 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984.

The effect of the Order, which will come into force on the 8th June 2026, is to revoke the list of orders and notices listed below in order to consolidate the Northumberland County Council (Off Street Parking Places) Composite Order 2014 with all subsequent amendment orders and notices of variation for off street parking charges into a new order.
