LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(SOUTH PARK, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING (24-25 NO1B)) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 21st May 2026 Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Fylde Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
a) Item (227)c) of Schedule 10.01;
b) Item (17)b) of Schedule 11.040.
2. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm in South Park, Lytham St Annes, the south and south east side, from its junction with the projected centreline of Moorfield Drive for a distance of 130 metres in a westerly then south westerly direction.
This Order will come into force on the 8th June 2026. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, PO Box 100, Preston PR1 0LD, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
quoting ref: LSG4/894_ 19764/AFR. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
