FOOTPATH 60 UPGRADE TO BRIDLEWAY
(SCHOOL LANE) MODIFICATION ORDER 2025 (PARISH OF THE GORGE)
Notice is hereby given that the above referenced Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for determination. An Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State to determine the Order.
The start date for the above Order is 10th February 2026.
Consideration of the Order will take the form of a public local inquiry. The Inquiry will be held at Council Chamber – 3rd Floor, Southwater One, Southwater Square, Southwater Way, Telford, TF3 4JG on 7 th July 2026 at 10.00am.
The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to upgrade to a bridleway the following public right of way from a point commencing at School Lane Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SJ66949 04934 on the Order Map being a stone/earth surface with an approximate width of 2 metres in a general easterly direction for approximately 466 metres where it joins an unnamed Bridleway at
OSGR SJ 67393 04933.
