(TEALBY – FRONT STREET AND BECK HILL)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 20 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting as set out in the Schedule below.
– No Waiting at Any Time – at the junction of Front Street and Beck Hill, the junction of Beck Hill and Papermill Lane, and either side of the proposed Mandatory School Keep Clear markings on Front Street.
– A Mandatory School Keep Clear Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4pm on Front Street.
Exemptions to the No waiting at Any Time are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus. A copy of the plan showing the lengths of road concerned along with a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected on our website: www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/trafficorders
