TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (East Midlands) (No.10) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped southern part width of Mill Lane at Legbourne in the District of East Lindsey. This is to enable development as permitted by East Lindsey District Council under reference 03657/25/FU.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO6848110). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 3 June 2026.
